Cosy base for one night with professional and attentive employees at the receptionist. Plenty of rich breakfast options. Location right by the city centre and the center of town and myriad restaurants, bars. Also, on a POS terminal. Great choice for trip.

The service was top-notch, the room was extremely spacious and luxurious. Great decor, a writing table and a couch. The location was brilliant, overlooking the lake.

Stayed at a decent sized and well soundproofed room with balconies as well as beautiful view. The breakfast was varied and absolutely fantastic and the team was excellent.

The room had pretty bad views.

The room was new-fashioned with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a marble bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient at all times. The location was good and amazing for walking around Zurich Opera House. This hotel was in a shopping area not far from serveral eateries, wine store, and shopping district.

The service was top-notch with parking nearby. It had central location close to Bellevue Square.

Every time we stay in Zurich, like to stay here. It's a luxurious trendy boutique hotel nestled in a classic style building. The staff are highly professional and attentive and deserve a 4-star rating. Our property is set in a central location very close to the Lake promenade, all the trendier resteraunts in Zurich, and the mountains beyond. Don't forget to visit nearby Monocle Shop & Cafe, they have best coffee ever.

Views are really bad.

varied and marvellous breakfast with fish and old cheese, as example and good service. fantastic friendly and helpful staff always on hand. excellent facilities in general, excellent and lovely location to a station that takes you directly to the airport.

No complains at all, really, had a really great stay on a business trip. Everything was excellent, accommodating staff, lovely views over the lake. We had a buffet breakfast with coffee and cheese. The location was marvellous and beautiful and the public parking was nearby. Went to Razzia Restaurant & Bar for drink or two, set at a walking distance from the hotel. The venue was placed within 15 km of the airport.

Excellent location easy walk to Zurich Opera House. Well-appointed and nicely furnished room with a fantastic view over the lake.
